This recipe is easy to assemble with everyday ingredients that are readily available. Depending on the weather, you can grill the chicken on the barbecue or in the oven - how simple is that?
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
4 cloves minced garlic (add more if you love extra garlic flavour)
2 tsp dried oregano
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Mix all of the ingredients together. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge or if preparing a meal to take to the cottage you can freeze the mixture in The Burger Master (as pictured)
Barbecue the chicken or roast in the oven at 425F.
Serve with tzatziki, a grilled pita and side salad.
