Mexican Cheese Burgers
This is a fun way to spice up your burger game.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup salsa
- ¼ cup grated tex mex cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp table salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Toppings: Fresh guacamole, grilled onions, cheddar cheese slices, tomatoes, lettuce, extra salsa, sliced jalapenos
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Dump ingredients into the bottom tray of the Burger Master for 8 quarter pounders or the Burger Master Max for 4 half pounders. Place lid on top to create the patties.
- Remove desired amount of burgers to grill right away or store in the freezer for later.
- Serve with extra toppings on the side.
