Blue cheese stuffed burgers

Are you tired of boring, thin, oversalted burgers from the regular fast food chains? Why not try something different and super tasty, like this blue cheese stuffed burger?

This burger can be prepared quickly using your Smart Cookie tray and the Burger Master.

Trust me, the next time you come home starving you will be happy that you can go to your freezer and grill up this fancy burger in less time than it would take you to wait in a drive through line.

For the blue cheese filling:

Mix the following ingredients in a bowl and then spread into The Smart Cookie tray. If not using right away store in the fridge or freezer.

Blue Cheese Butter
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup blue cheese
1 tbsp freshly chopped basil or 2 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley or 2 tsp dried parsley
1 clove garlic (optional)

You can also use this butter on top of steaks, mixed in with pasta, or spread on toasted baguettes.

To assemble the burgers:

Fill the Burger Master with 2 pounds of medium ground beef. Seal the lid on top of the bottom tray and open to reveal eight evenly shaped burger patties. Using a spoon, create a well in the centre of each patty, than place a hex of blue cheese into the well. Repeat with the desired amount of burgers. The remaining patties can be stored in the freezer for future use.
